An excellent opportunity has arisen to take an active role in the HR Team in our day-to-day activities combining administration and general support alongside interesting project work. This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of HR functions – compensation & benefits; payroll; HR business partnering, DE&I and HR Projects.
Your Role
* Join the great team of Henkel’s Human Resources function with the exciting job opportunity as Graduate HR Assistant.
* You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes and administration.
* You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland including requests from employees, business teams and Third Parties.
* Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub.
* You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as:
o Diversity & Inclusion
o Learning & Development
o Employee Wellbeing
o Increase digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy.
* You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.
