Role: Locum Pharmacy Technician Banding : Band 3/4 Location: Sutton Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Rate : £13 - £17 per hour Working hours: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the accurate dispensing of prescriptions, providing patient counselling on the correct use of medications, and maintaining stock control. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our pharmacy operations, contributing to high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently, counselling patients on the correct use of their medications, and maintaining stock control and stock maintenance. You will also be expected to manage the use of the CMM Pharmacy computer system, if applicable, and ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications and Experience: Band 3 Pharmacy Assistant Requirements: Must have NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services. Duties: Dispensary duties only. NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services for Pharmacy Assistants. Band 4 Pharmacy Technician Requirements: Must have NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services. Duties: Dispensary duties only (MMT or ACT not required). NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services for Pharmacy Technicians. Why work with Pulse?
