ABOUT ME
I am a man in my 20's living in the Penarth area. I have traits of Autistic Spectrum disorder but have not been officially diagnosed. I live a very active lifestyle. Some of my hobbies include going to the gym, dining out, cycling, and playing on my Xbox. I am looking for a PA who can help me build my confidence and become as independent as possible.
PLACE OF WORK
At home and out in the local community.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Help me build my confidence when out in the community by supporting me to use public transport.
2. Provide respite for my family.
3. Help me to become as independent as possible.
4. Support me to actively engage in the local community.
HOURS OF WORK
8 hours a week, flexible between Monday and Thursday.
RATE OF PAY
£12.70, plus 25 miles at 40p.
TASKS CAN INCLUDE
1. Supporting me out in the local community to push past my fears and complete tasks.
2. Help me manage my money and budgeting skills.
3. Planning and organizing my schedule in advance.
4. Providing company and watching films at home if adverse weather conditions.
5. Ensuring my safety at all times.

ABOUT THE JOB
I will be your legal employer, so you will need a National Insurance number. You will be paid on a four-weekly schedule, and appropriate paid annual leave is given. There will be a trial period involved, and a police check will be necessary before employment commences.
