Job Description
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 3-5 years of experience in help desk, customer service, and technical support.
* Hands-on experience with Windows Operating systems, MAC, Unix/Linux, as well as clients such as Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows 98.
* Familiarity with remote desktop connectivity applications like RDP and pcAnywhere, MS Office Suite, internet browsers, and VPN technology is necessary.
* Responsibilities include providing technical support for laptop, desktops, printers, Adobe Acrobat, and other common desktop applications, as well as managing and administering MAC workstations.
* Previous experience in SME support, particularly in specialized areas like VPN and MS Office, is highly valued.
