When dealing with customers, client representatives, peers, and team members, you will be professional at all times and demonstrate high standards of customer service and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs. The work will include all types of preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging, artex repairs, and non-licensed asbestos removal (where full training will be given).
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
1. NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent
2. Have a full driving licence
3. A DBS check is required before commencement of role
EXPERIENCE
2 - 5 years experience of working in a Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
