Role purpose You're responsible for the day-to-day duties of delivering our operations, using a number of platforms and techniques to ensure everything is ready for our guests and deliver any additional service obligations. Plus maintaining our homeowner's trust. You'll be looking after a wide range of tasks-based personnel and roles, with our Field Operations Lead in support, reliable and responsible for all daily tasks of our operations included at both our sites. Working as a team to ensure perfect execution of all duties, so you’ll need to be ready to jump in and help where required. Mentoring and supporting seasonal workers to allow seasonal growth. As a member of the London business, you’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning work with city colleagues and support functions. Duties and responsibilities Operations delivery - You will play your part in the complete operations resource and onboarding, looking for areas where improvements can be made as well as providing support to the existing processes. You will ensure the resource of our operations always advocates the onefinestay brand. Team player - You’ll be part of a team that will require you to work autonomously while also supporting a seasonal team which can grow to 10 members in peak. You’ll provide training, guidance for the members of the team and ensure they are supported at all times. Lead on task throughout the day and motivate others within your team, to be able to provide the best level of support to ensure our guests and stakeholders are serviced to the highest standards while hitting designated team/individual targets. You’ll understand that reaction times (SLA) and cost efficiency can be at odds and help maintain this accordingly. Operational control – Enhancing the relationships we have with suppliers & 3rd Parties, whilst managing our standards, support new partnerships to better serve the operational function, this includes planning and leading our seasonal recruitment requirements. Also, you're able to balance the operations on key discretionary spend, acting as the decision-maker for any operational service whilst working with the teams to ensure our budgets are always under control. Flexing into other teams to support discrete tasks dependent on business need. Supporting the manager and team on discrete projects as required. Qualifications and experience Experience with a high-end or luxury product and operations, anything related to accommodation or the travel industry is a bonus. You have a track record of delivering within an operational business. Good organisational skills and able to work autonomously. Ambitious and results-driven with a love of achieving high-level operations. This role is fast-paced and tasks and aspects can change. You are flexible, adaptable and amenable to change. Dynamic and responsive. Good team-building and problem-solving skills. Good commercial awareness is a bonus but not required. Sound judgement and decision-making skills, even under pressure.
