This busy household is looking for a fun and organised after school Nanny to help in the care and education of their twins, aged 8 years.
Your duties will be purely child-related, such as school pick-ups, providing tea, taking them to after school activities, and supporting/supervising any homework when needed. The children enjoy sports; one loves gymnastics and the other football. They both enjoy swimming, cooking, and one enjoys craft activities too. They attend school in Clifton, Bristol, so a confident driver is essential, with their own car, as there will be a lot of driving involved with school runs and after school activities.
The parents would love to find someone who has an education background or is passionate about instilling a love of learning and supporting the children in their interests. They are keen for the nanny to encourage an enjoyment of reading and to involve the children in cooking tea. They are a Muslim family, so experience catering for a Muslim diet and knowledge of the culture would be an advantage.
This can be either a term-time only position or there is the potential for extra hours in the school holidays to suit the right candidate, and ideally, this would be a self-employed position.
