Would you like to be part of an innovative and exciting company who manufacturer and supply products to be used in high end interior and exterior design projects across the UK?
Most of the company’s work is for corporate head offices, hospitality, and retail sectors. Projects are bespoke and specified by architects and they work with many main contractors. As Financial Controller you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
You will provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and develop financial policies to ensure the company's financial health. You will also oversee project invoicing, handle cash flow management, and monitor cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
With the assistance of one member of staff, finance responsibilities include:
1. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including inputting bills, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly payrolls in conjunction with the external payroll provider.
3. Prepare and submit quarterly and annual financial reports to HMRC, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws.
4. Prepare monthly management accounts pack for company Directors’ meeting.
