Your role as Assistant Manager:
1. Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures
2. Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
3. Ongoing training and development of the team
4. Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations
5. Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink quality
6. Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing
7. Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
