The Role
As a Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of their operations—overseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of their facilities. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising the site to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors
* Managing staff rotas and maintaining excellent customer service
* Overseeing health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, security, and maintenance
* Supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities
* Opening and closing the building
What You’ll Need
* A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to achieve it in-house)
* Ideally, a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (can be obtained in-house)
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
