We are now looking for a Senior Operations Administrator to join the University on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours over 7 days a week.
THE ROLE
The post holder will have responsibility for and/or general oversight of particular aspects of the administration within the Directorate. The post holder will be required to place a strong emphasis on the provision of high-quality administrative support and customer service.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Educated to HND or degree level (preferably in a chosen field) or have demonstrable experience
* ILM Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience
* Previous experience in providing high-quality, fast-paced administrative support
* Previous experience dealing with Estates and Facilities administration and contractor control
* Previous experience of preparing documents for audit
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Experience with contract management and negotiations
* Ability to demonstrate effective organisational skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines when required
* A high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
* The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh
