What is the role?
You will be providing coordinated care to all players from U9s to U14s within the Academy, acting as first contact for all parents to aid in providing a well-rounded support programme on behalf of the Player Care Department.
This role is also accountable for leading the coordination of our Host Family provision within the Academy, overseeing the recruitment process and maintaining records in keeping with the required audit standards.
What will you be doing?
Player Care
You will be required to work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure off-field support and care is provided to all players ages U9-U14. This will involve engaging with Academy players and parents through regular dialogue to aid each player's development on and off the pitch, and you will need to log all player interactions and check-ins to ensure records are up to date.
Host Families
You will be leading and managing the Host Family onboarding process from start to finish, tracking all progress with applications and ensuring the required paperwork is in place. You will administer all host family appointments, checking on the placement and its suitability, and provide the Academy Director, Head of Player Care, and Head of Safeguarding with regular updates on accommodation. In addition, you will be responsible for all audit requirements linked to paperwork and health and safety aspects of Host Family management.
