We are seeking a caring, compassionate and dedicated RGN on behalf of our client who runs two care homes in Surrey specialising in providing outstanding care for the elderly. The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit team providing expert person-centred dementia care as well as care for the frail and elderly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively encourage a resident-orientated, needs-led service for service users and their families.
2. Frequently re-evaluate service users individual care plans.
3. Liaise with Lifestyle Co-ordinators to enhance service users quality of life.
4. Ensure all medication is accurately and safely administered, recorded and stored.
5. Identify and at all times work within your own professional competence and expertise whilst adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct.
6. Take advantage of training opportunities to further develop your skills and expertise to enhance your role within the team.
7. Maintain professional registration with the NMC.
8. Always present a good public image.
