Parts Advisor
Starting Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Working Hours: 42.5h per week Monday - Friday
Location: Birmingham
Our Client is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Co-ordinator to join their team. Ideally, you will have experience within the automotive Bodyshop industry and have a great working attitude. As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be target-driven, comfortable selling, and possess quality customer service skills.
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor / Parts Co-ordinator:
1. Working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
2. Ordering, selling, and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
3. Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
4. Making upsells to customers
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor / Parts Co-ordinator:
1. Kerridge / Autoflow / Parts link systems knowledge or similar systems
2. Front and back counter experience
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Confident in sales
