Maintenance Engineer Up to £47,000 3 Shift (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights) Mountsorrel A leading manufacturer is looking for two skilled Maintenance Engineers - one electrically biased and one mechanically biased - to join their team. The Role: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults to minimise downtime. Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects. Ensure maintenance work is completed to high standards of safety and compliance. Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team to meet production demands. Record and update maintenance activities to improve asset performance. We're Looking For: Electrical Bias: Time-served apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. Strong fault-finding skills with Siemens/Allen Bradley systems. Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) systems. Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Access). Mechanical Bias: Time-served apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. MIG/MMA welding experience (desirable). Strong fault-finding skills. Experience with TPM and PPM systems. Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Access). Both roles require: Proven experience in a leadership role. Good SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) awareness. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
