Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you’ll be supporting the Product team in maximising sales through effective management of stock. So if you are creative with a keen eye for detail, have a passion for the fashion industry and want to join us on our exciting journey please apply today Requirements What you’ll be responsible for as a Merchandising Admin Assistant; Creating and amending all purchase orders Adding POs to Critical Path document and ensuring prices, cost prices and retail prices are correct. Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to ensure deliveries are on time and effectively communicate changes to the wider product team and business. Assist in Monday trade sales analysis through report running and document creation. Update weekly trackers Size ratio analysis to ensure new orders and restock sizing is maximised. Send out barcodes to suppliers Support the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties. Updating line cards to assist the Merchandiser in managing ‘Core’ products stock and sales forecasts. Sending delivery dates of launch products to the wider business Awareness of our customer, and fast and slow sellers Undertaking competitor analysis About You Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Analytical and a numbers thinker Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels Great problem-solving skills Ability to manage your own time Previous experience within a Merchandising function would be advantageous but not essential.
