EYFS Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students.
1. · Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
2. · Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
3. · Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
4. · Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
5. · Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
6. · Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
Teacher Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
7. · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
8. · Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting.
9. · Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
10. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
11. · Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
12. · Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
13. · Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
