We're looking for a junior to mid weight SEO specialist to help us supercharge our organic presence. You'll work alongside our digital marketers, content creators, developers, and wider marketing teams to optimise our websites, improve search rankings, and drive more customers towards clean energy. This role is perfect for someone with a foundation in SEO, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a hunger to learn and grow in one of the fastest-growing energy companies in the world. What you'll do: On-Page SEO: Optimise website content, metadata, and internal linking structures to improve rankings. Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords and search trends to inform content strategy. Technical SEO: Assist with site audits, crawling, indexing, and Core Web Vitals improvements. Content Optimisation: Work with the creative marketing team to ensure our articles, landing pages, and blogs are search-engine friendly and engaging for users. Link Building: Help identify link-building opportunities and own our outreach efforts. Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on the industry, analysing competitors and spotting better AI opportunities to stay ahead. SEO Reporting & Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog to track performance, measure impact, and report insights. What you'll need: Some experience with SEO (agency or in-house) or strong foundational knowledge with personal projects. Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (you won’t be coding, but knowing how a website works is key). A love for data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies. Strong writing and communication skills to collaborate with content and marketing teams. A proactive mindset – you don’t just spot problems; you find solutions. A passion for green energy, sustainability, and making a real-world impact.
