Job Description
* Formulate and execute ED&I strategies across the organisation
* Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity
* Collaborate with HR and senior management to integrate ED&I into all practices
* Design and deliver ED&I training to staff at all levels
* Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of ED&I initiatives
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
* Represent the company at external events and forums
* Manage ED&I related projects as required
* Lead a small team and be part o a wider very collaborative HR Team
The Successful Applicant
A successful ED&I Manager should have:
* A solid understanding of ED&I principles and legislation
* Proven experience in developing and implementing ED&I strategies
* The ability to influence and drive change at a strategic level
* Excellent project management skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* The ability to deliver effective training and presentations

* Salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per year
