Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client to gain a People Advisor on a permanent basis. This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, just north of Petersfield.

Some of your duties for this will include:
Being first point of contact for the people team
Providing support for managers on complex ER matters up to dismissal
Assisting with training sessions
Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
Building and maintaining relationships with managers
You will ideally come with experience of working in a similar position and be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified. And of course, you will have excellent administration and fantastic organisational skills, be IT literate and be able to work well under pressure!
In return our client is offering a salary of up to £36k + £1,500 bonus, plus some fantastic benefits, including; 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and on-site parking.
