Job Summary
Are you a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence? We are seeking a Multi-Property Quality Manager to oversee and enhance quality standards across multiple hotel locations. In this role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences by implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance programs, aligning with brand and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.The Quality Manager will review analytics and provide guidance and leadership to all high- guest-contact associates, working alongside with the HODs to deliver the brand promise.
Education and Experience
* 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. Proficiency with Opera, desired Six Sigma black belt qualification & project management experience.
OR
* 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. Proficiency with Opera, desired Six Sigma black belt qualification & project management experience.
