Reports to: Facilities Manager
Location: London – Full time onsite
Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
Role Summary: The Facilities Department encompasses Reception, Switchboard, Catering, Cleaning, Office Services (post, records, etc), Security, Space Management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mail and Package Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Office Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office space.
• Support Facilities Management: Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to address any operational issues.
Our client, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their friendly, supportive Facilities team on a permanent basis. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, paying a competitive salary up to £31,000 depending on experience!
