Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our team at CLD Recruitment in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out appraisals and valuations, generating instructions, and working efficiently to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out appraisals and valuations to generate instructions
* Covering a large area, working efficiently to meet targets
* Working Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 4pm
* Utilizing skills to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required
* Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity
Salary and Benefits:
