Our client specializes in the installation and maintenance of security equipment and works nationally with their clients. Due to growth, they require another scheduler to join their team. The role will require booking planned works several weeks to 2 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair, and installation visits. The scheduler is also responsible for route planning and booking hotel accommodation. This role is office-based on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
* Customer order logging onto CRM
* Respond to inbound & make outbound calls
* Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA’s
* Check engineer reports and process them for customers
* Raise invoices after engineer site visits
* Build relationships with clients and engineers
Previous experience in scheduling is essential.
