The Pharmacy UAT Team will provide opportunities to apply your dispensing knowledge and experience, whilst developing new skills as you go. About the role The primary responsibility of the UAT Test Analyst is to understand and prepare for the testing of enhancements of the Columbus Pharmacy Management System. Reporting into the Columbus Test Lead, you will be responsible for: Understanding what the new Columbus features are aiming to achieve. Appreciating the new in-store process and establish how we can replicate during our testing. Creating appropriate testing documents based on a combination of what you have learnt and your dispensing experience – full training and coaching will be provided. Execute planned testing for new features. Own issues identified, working with other members of the wider delivery team to prioritise and, where appropriate, resolve. Work with your Pharmacy UAT Team colleagues to continually improve the quality of testing. What you’ll need to have Pharmacy Dispensing / Operational Experience (Pharmacy / Care Services) Working knowledge of the Columbus Pharmacy Management System Strong analytical, attention to detail and fault-finding skills Passionate about continually improving the pharmacy experience Computer literate – with a willingness to develop these skills further It would be great if you also have Experience of leading process change activities. Experience of leading the introduction of Columbus new features.
