Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Dungannon M1 site as a Volkswagen Aftersales Manager.
As Aftersales Manager you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid background in Aftersales Management in a busy dealership environment.
Reporting to the Site Manager you will lead our site Aftersales team, focusing on managing all aftersales processes and ensuring all customers receive excellent customer service. This includes maintaining and exceeding performance service standards. You will maintain high levels of customer service standards and adhere to Volkswagen Brand Service requirements and customer satisfaction indicators.
This role would ideally suit someone who has significant customer service experience, with strong leadership skills & proven experience of managing a team.

Skills & Competencies:
* Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Aftersales or Service Manager or very similar role, preferably within the motor trade
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
* A full valid UK/NI driving licence is required
* A strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as Kerridge or another CRM.
* Strong leadership skills & proven experience of managing a team
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to work under pressure
* Ability to meet and exceed targets
* The skills to lead and coach others
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Excellent organisational skills
