The company is seeking an experienced Head of Electrical Systems to lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems across its product portfolio. This leadership role will involve overseeing the full lifecycle of electrical system development, from concept to delivery, ensuring innovative solutions that meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical system design and project management, with particular expertise in automotive, EV, or related sectors.

Lead the Electrical Systems team, providing technical direction and mentoring engineers across the department.
Oversee the design and development of electrical architectures, including high-voltage systems, control systems, wiring harnesses, and energy storage solutions.
Ensure all electrical systems comply with industry standards and meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments (Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into vehicle platforms.
Lead the design validation and verification processes, including testing, simulation, and analysis.
Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality components.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in electrical system design and development, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.
Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, power electronics, control systems, and energy storage technologies.
Experience with vehicle electrical architectures and CAN/LIN communication protocols.
Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
Familiarity with electrical design software and simulation tools.
