By the end of the 4 years, you ’ ll achieve an NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Multi Disciplined Engineering and have an option to complete an Engineering based HNC. Further training and development are a key part of your career journey at Drax as well, and this comes in many forms such as on the job training, working at different sites, or further qualifications.
