Description Seeking a Programme Coordinator with a background in travel and/or overseas events to join our Chinese Sales Team. Work alongside the Head of China and report to the Operations Manager. Drive partnership growth across government, commercial, and school levels in China. Help develop a China market-focused team to support a nationwide network. Train new employees, analyse & track key metrics, and support sales partners using these insights. Design and propose delegations & trips for our established China network. Recruit new local partners to support schools and customers in forming partnerships and selling overseas study programs & exchanges. Adjust product details based on feedback from customers, partners, and government stakeholders. Work closely with the operations team to organise school hosting itineraries. Lead and negotiate contracts with specialist China agents to book and deliver immersion trips. Must demonstrate strong communication and time management skills. Profile A successful 'Travel Programme Coordinator - Mandarin Speaking' should have: Fluency in Mandarin and English. Exceptional organisational skills, particularly in event or travel coordination.
