This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful, and fast-growing Sustainability Consultancy. With over 25 years of experience in the field, you will be joining a highly experienced team that will be working on a number of projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.
The ideal Sustainability Engineer will:
1. Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
2. Have IESVE experience
3. Have a strong understanding of Building regulations
4. Have a positive can-do attitude
5. Have excellent communication skills
6. Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities for the Sustainability Engineer:
1. Support all areas of Energy and Sustainability consultancy
2. Assist with the modelling of non-domestic buildings via IES VE
3. Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
4. Carry out SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
5. Carry out risk of overheating assessments (including TM52, Part O)
6. Carry out TM54 assessments
7. Carry out daylight assessments
8. Prepare Energy & Sustainability Statements and Strategies
9. Prepare Decarbonisation assessments
10. BREEAM/SKA/DREAM/WELL/Fitwel Assessments
11. Embodied Carbon / Net Zero assessments
