What you will do:
1. Cover duty, providing essential first-contact support for those in need.
2. Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to create tailored support plans.
3. Play a key role in reducing waiting times and ensuring timely intervention.
4. Undertake clinical harm reviews of young people awaiting treatment.
5. Utilise your expertise to perform risk assessments and develop effective safety plans.
6. Bring complex cases to the multidisciplinary team, facilitating robust discussion and strategic planning.
