Job Title: Account Director
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, depending on background & experience
Location: Guildford, hybrid working, 2 days in office

My client is a integrated creative design agency, focusing on branding, who are now looking to further expand their already strong client services team by adding another Account Director.
These guys work with a range of household names including Sony, JP Morgan, Vodafone, Westfields and many more! That makes this is the perfect opportunity for someone to develop their skills within a dynamic and creative team, all whilst having exposure to a huge household name.
They specialise in everything brand strategy, internal comms and digital advertising.
As an Account Director you will need to have the clear understanding of the whole agency process: including briefing, debriefing, estimating, presentations and rationale & implementation. You will be instrumental in not only developing and keep relationships with existing clients but creating new business!
The ideal candidates will come with the following experience
* Proven previous experience as an Account Director
* Experience working within an integrated agency environment
* Strong B2B experience
* Extensive brand strategy and/or internal comms experience
* Extensive experience developing new business & strategies
* Confidence ad experience pitching & present ideas
