HR Business Partner - Steam IS/Zenith
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Zenith programme team and the IS leadership team to deliver the people strategy as part of a critical, global transformation programme. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of HR Business Partnering, coaching and guiding managers at a senior level.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
1. Supporting the continued transformation and development of the IS function and supporting on all Zenith people activity.
2. Delivering and supporting on the people lifecycle activities for the Steam IS – recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.
3. Driving recruitment excellence by implementing innovative and effective strategies to attract, select and retain diverse talent globally.
4. Collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment teams to optimise recruitment processes, enhance candidate experiences and contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition practices.
5. Collaborating with local HRBPs and supporting managers with guidance on individual and team development, policies and procedures to improve performance.
6. Driving the implementation of the Everyone is Included inclusion plan in collaboration with the IS leadership team, offering guidance and support for creating inclusive practices across the function.
7. Supporting and collaborating on the Colleague Engagement agenda for Steam IS globally, enhancing the colleague experience and improving colleague engagement globally.
8. Engaging and collaborating with the wider global HR community to learn, adopt and share good practices with peers.
Your previous experience is likely to include:
1. Advising and supporting managers on a range of employee relations matters to an appropriate conclusion, including change management.
2. Interpreting HR policies, procedures and situations in order to identify pragmatic solutions and recommendations.
3. Working in HR for a global function.
4. Working within HR for a similar organisation.
5. Talent management and colleague engagement.
6. Promoting inclusive practices.
