* Experience of managing basic client queries and delivering excellence and client satisfaction client management system.
* Experience of using client management system
* Good numeracy skills
* Good communication skills- verbal and written to articulate to the client
* Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Competent Excel user
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple workstreams
💰 Salary £23.5k-£27.4k per annum with a performance related bonus
