Our client an International removals company are looking to appoint a Relocation Coordinator for their team based in Suffolk.
Other duties of the Relocation Coordinator:
1. Focussing on the international aspects of movements (Import, Export and European) but occasionally dealing with UK movements
2. Deal with customs clearances, insurance forms, international border control and invoices for works
3. Assist with the training of Relocation Administers, helping with their progression to Relocation Coordinators.
4. Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, dealing with emails etc.
The successful Relocation Coordinator will have experience working in Removals / Transport / Logistics / Shipping / Freight (Imports / Exports), as well as experience working in the Property or Construction industries.
You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience working within a similar role within the Removals industry.

Experience required:
5. Must be able to speak and write English.
6. Good computer skills – strong knowledge on Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel etc)
7. Good Administration and data entry experience.
