Term: Permanent/Full-Time (3 days from office, 2 days remote)
We’re looking for a new superstar Senior Producer to join our team on a permanent basis delivering exceptional events for private clients and luxury brands.
The Senior Producer will take the lead on all larger events within the agency, ensuring multiple projects run smoothly and the internal team are equipped, motivated and inspired to deliver an astounding experience for our clients.
They will have responsibility for the wider project delivery, ensuring multiple projects run smoothly whilst maintaining the high standards of Moriarty. The Senior Producer will be the main point of contact with their client to ensure the team fully understand a client’s brief and objectives and that all deadlines are communicated and met. The Senior Producer will also manage an internal team alongside suppliers to ensure the quality of work meets each client’s bespoke needs.
Success in this role comes from effective management of the junior team, and the ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency. Naturally, this role also requires both a creative and commercial mindset when balancing budgets while bringing briefs to life.
Day to day, you’ll be working closely with the Creative and Production team and will work across a range of projects for a selection of luxury brands. You’ll be expected to drive projects forward and deliver work to a high standard - sometimes within short deadlines - combining a passion for ideas with an uncompromising eye for detail and craft. You’ll be hugely passionate about what you do and be excited to further develop your skills within a friendly and fast-paced agency.
Experience required:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working within an agency environment
* Previous experience working in the luxury sector across a range of event types.
* Experience to lead on own projects including project team management.
* Strong budget management skills with overall project budgets exceeding £100k.
* Demonstrable interest or experience in luxury brand sectors highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to be flexible and adaptable with their working approach to work to tight deadlines and changing requirements
* Strong MS Skills, especially Excel
