Job summary Cedar ward at St Peter's Hospital is looking for dynamic staff nurses to join their 21 bed ward. The ward specialises in gastroenterology nursing. Working with a wide and varied MDT such as critical care outreach, alcohol liaison team, IBD team and clinical psychologists. Care of medical patients, typically with gastro issues but other medical conditions as well Wound dressings Working as part of a multidisciplinary team Taking responsibility for allocated patients daily. Drug administration Nursing assessment completion. Psychological support To work effectively and efficiently within the framework of team nursing and individualised patient care. In collaboration with the department's integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients.
