We are looking for a People Systems Analyst to join our Human Resources team.
Reporting to the Reward, Systems & Policy Manager, you will create reporting and analysis on people data providing insight and compliance on our people practices as well as managing the administration of the reward cycle, pay review and over all benefits.

What do we need from you?
8. Strong Excel skills and previous experience of data analysis
9. Previous experience of administering a HR systems & processes
10. Ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service
11. Strong attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills
12. Experience of handling confidential information with integrity
13. Ideally experience of managing internal and external relationships
