About the Role: As an early years teaching assistant, you will support children in a well-structured nursery attached to the school. The setting operates year-round on a shift basis (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with four adults in the room, including a qualified teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality early years support
* Assisting with personal care, including nappy changing
* Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Implementing EYFS teaching strategies

* Level 3 EYFS Qualification (Essential)
* Experience as an early years teaching assistant
