R9 are recruiting an experienced Administrator to join one of our Social housing clients on an on-going contract basis.
Duties:
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
* Filing and archiving
* Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
