The Role: The Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that are tailored to our target customer segments. This role requires a deep understanding of the life science market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and optimizing campaigns that deliver marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and achieve revenue goals. Primary responsibilities for this role include: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals, target customer segments and taking into consideration the appropriate channels to drive demand. Create and manage content and tactical plans that effectively communicate tailored messaging to target customer segments. Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize impact. Utilize a deep understanding of commonly used marketing techniques and life science channels to drive demand and achieve campaign objectives. Analyse campaign performance data, set up dashboards, and provide insights to optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the target customer segments, including their needs, pain points, and behaviours. Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills and experience Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5-10 years of experience in marketing within the life science tools industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns. Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment, particularly with Sales, Service, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams. Deep understanding of commonly used marketing techniques and specific life science channels. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
