Major organisation in the railway electrification sector requires a Fleet Coordinator on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Act as FORS Practitioner - maintain the fleet management and ensure continued accreditation Liaise with the Assurance and Audit Coordinator when needed Oversee the work carried out by the Fleet Administrator Manage the compliance of drivers in line with company policies and legislation Work with team managers and supervisors to identify possible fatigue issues arising from travel to and from work sites Liaise with commercial team to authorise purchase orders for things such as fleet repairs Liaise with HR team to deal with traffic offences and non-compliance with company policies Assist in the maintenance of P11D Oversee a speedy and efficient process regarding fleet damage, including investigations Be the point of contact for vehicle insurance companies, as well as any PCNS received Manage vehicle requests in a prompt manner Alongside Transport Manager, create road safety and awareness campaigns Assist in the management of the company's O Licence Provide performance data on fleet and usage Experience / Requirements: Background dealing with fleet / transportation for an organisation Computer literate Happy travelling to various sites as and when required Excellent communications skills Driving licence Apply to Andrew Snelgrove at Deploy.
