Role Description:
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Operations Professional to join our wider transaction reporting control group, in the client reporting team. The client reporting team have 17 professionals across London, Chester and India. This will be a varied position, with regulatory, client service and control elements to it. The role offers great exposure to internal products, systems, and front to back functions, as incoming queries and requests often require interaction with Sales, Trading, Technology, Operations and Clients.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Post Trade Exceptions team will include:
* Engagement on key issues relating to GTT Controls with the Business, Internal & External Audit, Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Testing, and other stakeholder management.
* Influence decisions with the business in relation to funding and key deliverables, highlighting the importance of downstream impact of Transaction Reporting controls.
* Adherence to Process Owner and other Bank wide Operational Excellence mandates. Involved in creation and distribution of KPI’s & Metrics to the business on process performance relating to GTT and Controls.
* Perform supporting leadership role for the team in partnership with site leader for the function, ability to flex between BAU and project responsibility as required.
* Delivering exception management, remediation, governance, and metrics for the banks Global Combined Good to Trade (CGTT) reporting and adherence requirements.
* Regularly connecting with DMO, A&D, Onboarding, ADQ, GTT Team, Sales & Trading, Compliance and COOs to ensure the timely remediation of exceptions.
* Project ownership – Owning both short- & long-term projects in relation to new regulations.
* Work with TRCG Submission Control to back report masked counterparties and missing LEI’s.
* Raise ideas to reduce exceptions by streamlining processes.

* You will have the ability to manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
* You will have data analysis experience & can reconcile large data sets.
* You will be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
* You will have excellent attention to detail.
* You will possess an analytical mind-set.
Skills that will help:
* Project Management Experience will be a plus.
* Working knowledge of regulations (CFTC / EMIR / MiFID / ASIC / SFTR) will be a plus.
