You will be tasked with overseeing the business's top-tier accounts across UK Grocery. Working alongside the Head of Sales, you will be implementing new business processes and ideas to continue growth. You will develop new and bespoke strategies to drive brand growth with all key partners, to ensure strong ROI on the investments made within the business. Your Key Duties: Full P&L responsibility for Top Grocery Accounts. Negotiate sucessful JBPs, to support the business in reaching thier ambitios growth plans Work alongside the Sales Director to deliver a successful sales strategy, focusing on account growth of existing retailers, new business and NPD. Your Key Experience & Skills Required: A minimum of 4 years experience within National Accounts, with experience in managing Top 4 Grocery/High Street customers. Experience in the FMCG industry. People management experience would be desirable. Ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit. What's in it for you?
