Your Role:
We're on the lookout for a dependable and tech-savvy individual to join our IT Support Team as a Field-Service & Service-Desk IT Support Technician. Based at our York offices in Clifton Moor, you'll be an integral part of our experienced team, working alongside experts committed to excellence.
What You'll Do:
1. Provide high-quality IT support and technical assistance to clients.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
3. Deliver exceptional help-desk support and ensure top-tier customer service.
4. Utilize your skills in computer networking, WiFi, VPNs, and Microsoft Windows to tackle complex technical challenges.
5. Apply your expertise in Microsoft Office365 systems and computer hardware to maintain seamless IT operations.
About You:
1. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a similar field.
2. A warm and friendly personality coupled with excellent listening skills.
3. Strong IT knowledge that enables you to assist clients effectively and make a meaningful impact.
4. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow with us.
