Job Title: Data Migration Expert – ERP Specialist (Latin America Experience)
Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Data Expert with hands-on expertise in ERP to support data integration and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex data transformation processes and deliver innovative solutions to align business needs with system capabilities. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across different regions to ensure seamless system integration and optimal data workflows.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute data migration strategies to transition data from existing systems (e.g., NISIRA, AgroFarm, SAP HANA) into ERP especially in FRUSYS.
* Lead the design, testing, and implementation of data transformation workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align FRUSYS ERP configurations with business processes, including supply chain, inventory management, and compliance requirements.
* Analyze and validate data to ensure it meets business and regulatory standards.
* Create and maintain documentation for data processes, mappings, and transformation logic.
* Provide training and support to teams during the implementation phase to ensure successful adoption of the FRUSYS system.
* Identify and address risks, challenges, or discrepancies during data migration projects.
* Generate regular status updates and reports for stakeholders, including progress on key milestones and issue resolution.
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in data migration, integration, or ERP systems implementation.
* Proven expertise with ERP is a MUST.
* Proven expertise with FRUSYS ERP is a MUST (PLUS)
* Familiarity with data migration from systems like NISIRA, AgroFarm, and SAP HANA.
* Strong understanding of ETL processes, database management, and data mapping.
* Experience in agriculture or supply chain industries is a significant advantage.
* Knowledge of Latin American business practices and regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in SQL and other data query tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.
* Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
