JRRL are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to help with administrative tasks within a busy HR department. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be given plus the company will support you in your CIPD qualification. Duties for the HR Assistant: Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings on various platforms, including social media Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in their Human Resources Information System Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly Training will be given to enable you to communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling employee inquiries Collaborate with team members to organise training sessions and employee engagement activities Person Specification for the HR Assistant: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal GCSE English and Maths and ideally A Levels Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion A willingness to learn new skills within the HR domain No experience needed.
