New Customer Sales Advisors, these are permanent positions, working full-time and based in rural Wiltshire. You will work across 2 shifts (AM/PM including working alternative weekends needing to capture the customer audience. Offering a basic salary of £25,000 (OTE) £30,000 with uncapped commission and an attractive benefits package, which includes plenty of social and company events. Due to the nature of the role, the need for wider team and sales interaction sees this role as 100% office based. Due to the location, you will need access to your own transport. Every customer has individual needs; therefore, you will receive exceptional sales and customer delivery training over a minimum of 8 weeks, to enable a high standard of knowledge and understanding about the company products and all added extras enabling you to succeed on all occasions. As a New Customer Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with responsibility for building an outstanding rapport with customers from the 'get go,’ gaining all information regarding their individual requirements, matching against company products, and delivering all options to an exceptional standard. You will report to the Head of Sales, plus work in collaboration with your team colleagues, able to demonstrate a friendly, approachable, and professional manner at all times. We are seeking candidates who have some knowledge of invoicing, pricing, gross margin percentages and calculations. You will demonstrate good working skills in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet. The ideal candidate needs to be competent to work under pressure and work within a fast-paced environment, within a team of 30 people, working closely with other departments to ensure correct and accurate knowledge of products are displayed and offered.
