We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in the WA5 area of Warrington.
This is a rewarding full-time role, ideal for someone with experience in SEN support or a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
The role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of needs
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans
* Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour, and communication development
* Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
What we're looking for:
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (in school, care, or support settings)
* Calm, patient, and resilient with a genuine interest in SEN
* Able to build strong relationships and work as part of a team
* A proactive approach and willingness to adapt to the needs of the day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
