We are excited to offer this challenging opportunity for a dedicated PASC to join our team. You will: • Provide assistance to students with learning difficulties and disabilities in various settings. This includes providing support during in-class sessions, outside-class activities, off-campus experience and personal care. • Be responsible for specific students additional learning support in line with their EHCP and provide feedback to the PASC team leader. • Compete administrative tasks, such as updating the learner’s ‘Support Plan,’ ‘Action Plan,’ and tracker. To document evidence related to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP) outcomes, and take notes for records.
